I'm for it, but would like to see a whole-sale change to the route first.
The frequency for those living further down the route (I'm mountview Road) is abismal.
I'd like to see a shortend frequent service (alongside the existing service), running single deckers between Ally Pally during peak times. These buses could then be put to use as night busses, as they're quieter and have a lower env impact.

Oooooh get you Justin! With all the nasty comments you make about other people it sounds to me like dishing it out but really don't like being on the receiving end of any problems.

I also live on Priory Road and would be fully in favour of the W3 running 24 hours as I often get back to London late at night and find the only way to get home quickly is walking through Alexandra Park - not the safest place in the world for an unaccompanied female.

I live on the W3 route, on Priory Road, and would be against the idea of it running for 24 hours for purely selfish reasons. The noise and vibration levels from passing buses are considerable, and it's always a welcome respite when the buses stop running.I can understand the potential benefits for shiftworkers and party-goers, but I suspect many of the buses running would be virtually empty so am dubious as to the environmental benefits.

Yes, yes, yes. This would represent a great improvement to the area's public transport from my perspective.

If I could return to the question - I am all for 24 hour running of the W3. I used to live on the route it takes, so I understand the downsides, but the benefits are much greater.

I had always wondered if you were really "the" Justin Hinchcliffe, because so many of your comments are so rude and read like they are written by someone who's a bit drunk that I had half-thought you were a Lib Dem or Labour stooge trying to discredit the Conservative party!!

I can't imagine Im alone in becoming less likely to vote Conservative every time I read something that has your name on it?

If my views count, as a Tottenham resident and Conservative (which I doubt), I fully support the idea. The W3 stops 500 yards from my front door and I often use it to go to the West of the Borough and friends vice-versa. If you want more people to use public transport, then you need to support good, cheap and relaible public transport that is available throughout the day (i.e. 24 hrs!).
