Surgery all morning and the rain seems like it will never stop. But hurrah! Off to France for a week tomorrow!

I was up in the Cambridge area Monday evening to Wednesday morning: rain, rain - and gales. Getting home (well away from there) I emailed my local BBC weather man to ask why we were told that it was reported as "showers" with blustery winds, and he seemed oblivious to the truth (the Met Office web site supported me). Today the national weather man said "rain". Some reality at last!
Have a good trip.
I can assure dreamingspire that it is still raining in Cambridge, I am truly fed up with it. I hope the sun is shining for Lynne in France.

Lynne, I have read the draft of your article for Iain's guide and I really enjoyed it, everything you say is absolutely spot on, if only more MPs had the same mindset. I am making slow progres with my project, but my deadline is next weekend, there are always so many distractions. Thank you again for you help and support. You will be most welcome to see my finished report. |
