However, this seems like a one off government initiative, funded for a short period of time, before it gradually dies out! <br/><br/>There clearly needs to be extensive grassroots work which could perhaps draw from a pool of young people not usually involved in mainstream organisations. We need to draw from a whole host of opinions, not simply the opinions of a few articulate young people.
