		<description>I think this is both funny (harvey as clown - I enjoyed &#039;manipulating&#039; his image thusly) and serious. seriously, the general public would have a hard time getting any context for debate without video of it. and the current parliament offering is terrible. I gave up after clicking around a Lords 7 hour session to find a five minute back-and-forth. can&#039;t libdems get party policy on this so harvey has to change his tune?</description>
