		<description>It is a ridiculous headline but then half the Bill is a ridiculous waste of time. Employers could already choose between two equal employees as long as they didn&#039;t give discriminatory reasons for doing so. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;This bill just legalises discrimination and I&#039;m afraid that the equality lobby may be left blushing when employers use this to purposefully keep blacks, women and other minorities out of a job because of internally rationalised measures of equality.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I&#039;d certainly be able to support it much better if it dropped the discrimination factor, and stopped taking power AWAY from employees by forcing employers to share their wage data.</description>
