		<description>I think your point about the social worker at the end of the food chain was well made. She cannot be absolved but should not have to carry culpability for what is deeply systemic. A public inquiry surely. But will it happen?</description>

I always wondered why Privy Council rules had to apply, and now we know. Here&#039;s hoping they appoint you to the Privy Council soon.</description>
