I have campaigned with my colleagues against the closure of post oOffices in Haringey and for a better postal service.
The Royal Mail's previous closure programme - supported in Parliament by Hornsey & Wood Green's then Labour MP - saw many post offices closed in both Haringey and just over the border in neighbouring boroughs. These included Crescent Road, Crouch Hill, Hornsey Road, Lordship Lane, Philip Lane, and two on Archway Road.
Now, many of our remaining post offices are under threat too. You can back our campaign to save them at ourcampaign.org.uk/haringeypostoffices.
